WHAT I WANT THIS HOLIDAY

Dear Dad and Mum, 

I guess you are happy I am on holiday. Hope you aren't wishing school resumes soon.

Today I want to tell you what I want this holiday.

I know it is a bit tough, trying to be with me all day this holiday since you still have to be at work so that you can buy me lovely things and pay my fees before I get back to school(I appreciate you so much for that). Sometimes I wonder what it is like to be a parent("arrggghhh .....😮 I don't even want to think about all the responsibilities now....") anyway, it is time for me to enjoy being your child😀,

So Mummy, Daddy, are you listening? Here we go

1. I want you to spend time from your tight schedule to listen to me talk. I will appreciate that you say something or correct me after I am done. But can you allow me to speak like you too and pour out my heart to you, express my feelings, concerns, observation and my imaginations? Yes, my humongous imaginations😄😄
2. I will like to go out with you, yes even to work sometimes. Pleeeaasseee! I can help with some little tasks in your office💪. You are my hero you know! Don't worry, your boss will be happy to have me around. 🙏I promise to be on my best behaviour. Trust me. I'll like to learn new things that I may not be able to learn at school.
3. I will like you to read me stories from my lovely books. Yes and the Ebooks on my computer. I look forward to reading the stories to you afterwards, if you will please listen to me. Thank you.
4. I will like to go on a walk with you down the road so that you can tell me more about my environment. You know I enjoy that a lot especially when we eat kebabs as we go. Yummy😋😋 I do love those Kebabs from Mr Audu. 
5. Please I will want more TV time. Yes, I know the rule, only educative programmes. Yes, I will obey.
6. Will you allow my cousins to visit me and I go to their house at least once this holiday. You know it's always fun with Jason, Janelle and Joy. I know you want me happy. Please will you, please. We will clean up after play, I promise, No mess🙌. Do say yes!
7. I will like to do some chores like cook, clear up the dishes, and wash your clothes. I can. Remember, you taught me that I can do all things. I believe in myself. I will amaze you. I will be fine. Thank you, Mum and Dad.
